Blue-Purple family
Pomegranates. purple cabbage, plums,prunes, grapes,raisins, black currants, blackberries, raspberries, eggplants, and blueberries are all strong anti-oxidants foods that are great for the brain.
Foods with anti-oxidant qualities protect tissues from cancer, enhance our immune functions and keep our cells youthful. If you eat many colours of foods including fruits and vegetables, the body and the brain will receive sufficient nutrients to function at their best.
