Believe it or not-Coffee.....

Coffee,believe it or not- is a brain fitness food but we are talking about the real coffee(caffeinated).There was a memory test done a few years ago that showed that older adults who drank a cup of coffee per day performed better that those that drank 1 cup of decaffeinated a day. Another test suggested that the short term memory was improved, especially in women following consumption of caffeinated coffee.Keep in mind that coffee can disrupt your sleep.
